Information Collected

Public Work Radar may collect customer contact details, business name, email address, billing email, trade preferences, service area, counties, project-size preferences, and support messages.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Public Work Radar does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own policies.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to deliver opportunity briefings, manage subscriptions, provide support, improve filtering, send service messages, and maintain business records.

Public Sources

The service uses source-backed opportunity information, including public bid postings, planholder lists, agency procurement pages, project sources, permits, buyer signals, development signals, facility signals, and related public notices. Public infrastructure is the first product wedge.

Sharing

Customer information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers when needed for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, security, or legal compliance.
