Service
Public Work Radar provides source-backed opportunity research, timing notes, source links, trade tags, buyer context, and weekly opportunity briefings for contractors, agencies, owners, and customers. Public infrastructure is the first product wedge.
No Professional Advice
The service is not legal, engineering, procurement, bidding, estimating, financial, insurance, bonding, or compliance advice. Customers are responsible for reviewing official bid documents, addenda, requirements, scope, dates, and eligibility before making business decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customers may cancel future billing by emailing jacob@publicworkradar.com before the next billing cycle.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate trade, location, and preference information if they want filtered opportunity research. Customers remain responsible for independent verification of all opportunity information.
Limitations
Public Work Radar does not guarantee awards, leads, contracts, project availability, source accuracy, buyer or agency schedules, source availability, revenue, or business outcomes.
